Could it B the case that the swine flu has been with us for decades but only now do we notice it b/c we are?
…b/c we are actively testing for it in the wake of an apparent (not real) pandemic?
I.e. the swine flu has always been here, killing people (30,000 people a year die of the “regular” flu - but maybe some of those are swine flu)….but the difference between today and five years ago is that today we are testing for it..
If this is the case…some of us have the antibodies to fight the swine…dude..

No. That isn’t it. They test the flu strains every year, partly to determine what vaccine to make, and also just to keep track of what is going around. This is NEW flu.
no i think it mutated from swines to us, but the media has really overblown this whole thing.. its not really a “pandemic” or whatever, ur right, more people die from regular flu each year than have even gottten swine flu so far. The bird flu was the same deal, way overblown…
