My loan company is going to paperless billing without my consent?
What are my legal options? I refuse to pay bills online, or by way of automatic withdrawals, and I have had this student loan company for the better part of 10 years. They have just this month announced their paperless-only billing to begin starting next month. Can I force them to bill me through the mail?
Pay the bill without knowing how much I need to pay?? How on earth is THAT supposed to work?!

Why do they need to bill you at all? You can continue to send your payments in as normal, but they are under no obligation to provide you with any ‘bill’ in the form you prefer.
NO, the bill is a courtesy. You still need to pay.
Read the contract you signed. If it requires paper bills, then you can enforce that contract. If it only requires that you pay, and makes no mention of any bills, then pay up. Just send the check. There is no general law that requires a creditor to remind you of your debt from time to time.
